The Waldo Theatre

Listed on the National Historic Register. The Waldo was built in 1936 and features an Art Deco interior with seating for 300. A new board of directors has embarked on a capital campaign to restore the theatre, which is anticipated to open in 2020 and will serve as a cultural hub for Waldoboro and the Midcoast.
